We are delighted to announce a new appointment to our Board of Trustees.
Peter Tribe RN brings with him a wealth of experience in both the public and third sectors. Peter enjoyed a succesful naval career which saw him organise the recommissioning of HMS Invincible by the Queen in 1989, take an active role in shaping the Royal Navy’s infrastructure at the Ministry of Defence in London and command HMS Excellent, the Navy’s training establishment in Portsmouth.
Following his retirement, Peter spent 6 years in the City including advising Lord Mayors on their choice of charities to support, and involvment with the City Sea Cadets. In addition, he was a board member/trustee for both the Army & Navy Club and The Not Forgotten, the Service Veterans charity.
Peter joins as Concerts for Craswall celebrates its 30th anniversary season and as the charity builds on its recent conversion to a Charitable Incorporated Organisation. Chairman Edward Milford adds: “I am delighted to be welcoming Peter to Concerts for Craswall. He brings a wealth and breadth of experience, knowledge and expertise and I’m looking forward to working with him to deliver on our ambitions“
The New Board member joins current Trustees Pauline Goodwin, Jill Hollingsworth, Julie Holmes, Linda Williams and current Chair of Trustees, Edward Milford.
