Yesterday’s concert with the FiveBy5 Trumpet Quintet was a thrilling opener to Concerts for Craswall’s 2026 season. From the first note, the ensemble brought energy, precision, and flair, delivering a wonderfully varied programme that had the audience completely engaged.

It was a real pleasure to host such a talented group of young players. Their artistry and tight ensemble playing gave each piece vibrancy and character, making for a performance that was both exciting and memorable.
