23rd March 2019: The Hexad Singers

The Hexad Singers, an ensemble of young singers from Oxford and Cambridge, are bringing a programme to Concerts for Craswall which showcases gems from the English Renaissance for men’s voices contrasted with 20th and 21st century works. This includes compositions by four living composers and the premiere of a work written specially for the occasion. As individuals, they have sung for several college choirs and are in demand with major professional groups The Sixteen, Tenebrae, The Gesualdo Six and Ex Cathedra, amongst others.
